My friend has been feeling down lately and I decided to cheer her up by getting her a ring. Mind you, this is my first time shopping online and let me tell you, boy was it welcoming.

After placing a bid on TorontoAuctionHouse, TorontoAuctionHouse's administrator sent me an e-mail (it wasn't generated) asking me if I needed any guidance what-so-ever to contact him. He was extremely helpful, we setup a PayPal account, he taught me the in's and out's of online shopping and even informed me about the endless scams that exist.

Three people were bidding on the same item, since the price was getting a little high, the administrator actually sent us all an e-mail and told us that he will custom make two more so that we can all have it. I'm not sure of the others but I was glad that I didn't need to pay more.

Shortly after the auction ended, I was provided with a thorough invoice where I proceeded to pay via PayPal (it really is a neat option). I than received confirmation and finally the next day, the Administrator sent me all the information about shipment.

Two days later, I received the item and WOW, just Beautiful.

The site is new, about a month old, not so flashy but the products are truly magnificent. The administrator also told me that if I referred any friends I would get 5% off my next purchase (that's a lot of money when we're talking about $4000 items).

Best of all, all taxes are included within the purchase price so no hidden fees. I also like the option of choosing which carrier I could ship with. When checking out, I was able to see all the different prices and expected arrival dates, really good idea.

Hands down, best experience I have had on a computer to date. If I was in toronto I'd come down and take a look but seeing as I'm quite far away, I'll have to settle for some pictures for now.

I've been out of work for a few months and life has been going a little tough for me- finance wise. After seeing one of the commercials on CP24, I decided to look around for old jewellery. I managed to find some, most was given to me as gifts when I was younger and I really have no use for it.

Getting to Oren's was really easy, right off of the allen rd. When I arrived I was buzzed in and I handed all the jewellery to a friendly older man, I believe his name is Sam. He showed me how he weighed it an assessed it and it turns out that it wasn't really worth much. I guess he realized how bummed I was at the fact that all my jewellery (quite a handful) wasn't worth more than $10. He than handed me $20 and said "keep it", I was confused, "keep what?" I said. He than told me that life is tough sometimes but it gets better and that this would be the first step at getting better.

This was by far one of the nicest gestures anyone has ever done for me in my entire life. I left the store with my jewellery and money to go have a proper lunch.

My recommendation, don't look twice, oren's is the only place anyone should go to do a transaction like this.

Thank you Oren's, life has been better since your selfless gesture. I am currently employed, I make my rent and best of all I'm thinking about getting engaged. Needless to say, I will be returning to Oren's to buy my engagement ring.
